Victory Alterations Sustainability Business Practices
We value repairing, reusing and recycling where possible, for example our plastic and paper bags are reused from local shops garment and produce bags.

We pay a living wage to our employees (currently just myself) and will always do so with every employee. I want to be an honest and transparent business and part of that to me means paying a fair wage that is sustainable to live from in this day and age. With the many rising costs of living it means I may need to raise my prices occasionally to match this, every year I will undertake a cost audit to check we are in line with this. In turn this feeds into our local economy and leads to a more fulfilling work and life balance.
We encourage low waste living. To us this means sometimes buying second hand, reusing and repairing, buying quality ethically manufactured clothes if possible, loving and looking after your clothes and the environment we live in.
We are always looking for and learning ways we can improve!
